In order to settle matters quickly and cost-effectively, online consultation and remote identification are possible.
A flexible remote working policy allows clients to get the legal advice and support without being restricted to one place. The contract can also be signed from home via video call and remote identification, which facilitates the conclusion of contracts between parties who are for example abroad or who are in-patients. Nowadays, it is sufficient if, for instance, the foreign parties use the postal or the courier service to send the signed contract, and the signing of the contract is recognized as their own during for example a Microsoft Teams call, so when countersigning with remote identification, having unnecessary travel and costs can be avoided.
Available platforms include MS Teams, Skype, Google Meet.
